CONCEPT WARDROBES LTD ACCOUNT GUARANTEE (Personal)

1. CONCEPT WARDROBES LTD (referred to as “we” or “us”)

2. Guarantee

3. By you the Customer’s acceptance of this quotation, you become personally liable for all amounts which are payable to us. These amounts may change over time and may include interest owed (see clause 3.2) and any costs incurred in the recovery process.

2.What you Guarantee

2.1 You guarantee to pay us:

(a) all amounts payable in respect of products and services supplied by us;

and

(b) all amounts which we are entitled to recover or claim from you for any reason

2.2 A payment by any person will not be considered to discharge any amounts which are claimed later to be void or voidable or otherwise recoverable from us for any reason. You will continue to be liable for the part of the payment claimed to be void or voidable or otherwise recoverable by us, and no release, settlement or discharge given or made by us in reliance on the payment will affect our right to recover the part of the payment from you. We may concede the claim or compromise it in any way we choose without giving notice to or obtaining the consent of you or the Customer.

3. Interest

3.1 You agree to pay us interest on each amount which you are liable to pay us under this Guarantee from the date we make demand on you to the date of payment of such amount.

3.2 The rate at which the interest is to be calculated is the ANZ home loan floating mortgage rate at the time plus 4 %.

3.3 We may charge interest on any unpaid interest for any period.
