Dave Gibb – Director
With more than 40 years of experience in the joinery industry, Dave brings a wealth of knowledge, craftmanship, and practical expertise to every project.
Dave oversees the production and manufacturing of client’s projects. His attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship are the heart of everything we do.
Jackie Gibb – Director
Jackie has been an integral part of the business for almost two decades. She manages the financial side of Concept Wardrobes & Kitchens and on the odd occasion may assist clients with design inspiration.
Her approachable nature and passion for helping clients make her an invaluable part of the team..
Josh Gibb – Senior Joiner & Designer
Josh is a qualified joiner with over 20 years of experience working both in New Zealand and internationally, including Denmark, Canada, and Germany.
His global experience provides fresh ideas and innovative solutions, while his expertise in 3D design allows clients to visualise their project before manufacturing begins. Josh specialises in creating kitchens, wardrobes, and custom storage solutions that combine practicality with exceptional design.
Jaya Smith – Junior Designer
Jaya is a qualified Interior Designer currently pursuing her certification with the National Kitchen & Bathroom Association (NKBA) through BCITO. Recognized as a promising talent in the industry, she was recently awarded a BCITO scholarship sponsored by Hettich to support her professional development.
Darnika Roeske – Joinery Apprentice
As a first-year apprentice, Darnika is actively working toward her BCITO qualification to become a fully certified joiner. She is a dedicated member of the team, gaining hands-on experience on-site while completing her trade training.
Nico Nunez – Installer / Joiner
Welcoming Nico to the team! As an installer with several years of experience in the joinery industry, Nico focuses on the fine details that bring our design concepts to life on-site. His dedication to clean, precise installation ensures a flawless finish for our clients every single time.
